Susan’s
Pampered Pets is pleased to provide service to the following

Please
note that Susan’s Pampered Pets will not accept assignments
for less than one 30-minute visit each day. This requirement
will not be waived for any reason and is for the well-being
of your pet.

Key
Pick Up/Return (fee
applies if keys are not presented at initial consultation

Billing Policies and Procedures
Payment
Terms:
For new
clients of Susan’s Pampered Pets, we request payment when
the service agreement is signed in order to confirm the requested
schedule. Your pets are important to us and we want to ensure
that we give you the best possible service. Checks should be
made payable to Susan’s Pampered Pets.
Unpaid
Balances:
Unpaid
balances are due 10 (ten) days from date of invoice and will
accrue a 5% late payment fee each 30 days.
Scheduling:
Schedules
must to be confirmed with one week’s notice. Should your
schedule change, and we know that can happen, please contact
(310) 384-0895.
Cancellations,
Refunds and Credits:
Susan’s
Pampered Pets is as concerned as you are that your pets be given
the best possible care, so we do not overbook. When our services
are contracted for a specific time period, we will turn away
business in order to meet the needs of you and your pets. Should
you return early or change your departure date, there is no
guarantee for receipt of a refund or credit toward future service.
72 hours'
notice is required to guarantee schedule changes and receive
credit for unused service. Cancellation fees will be imposed
for repeat cancellations.
If
one of our caring representatives arrives for a scheduled visit
and it is determined that the client does not want the visit
or the pet is not available, the client wil be charged for the
visit and services. A cancellation fee may be charged.
When You Return:
Please
call (310) 384-0895 when you return home. If we do not hear
from you within 24 hours of your scheduled return, for the safety
of your pet(s), we will return and have to charge you for the
visit.
