The owner, Susan Fisher, is currently employed full-time at a major university in Southern California. She relocated to the Los Angeles area in 1990, moving from New York City, and has a Master’s Degree in Communication Studies. While she has enjoyed 23 years in academic administration, Susan has decided to devote the rest of her time to what she loves—animals.

A lifelong animal lover who has owned everything from hamsters, parakeets and turtles to horses, dogs and cats—Susan has always been “the friend” called on to take care of pets when their owners are away. Based on these very positive experiences and appreciation of the trustworthy care of “furbabies” who can’t speak for themselves, Susan is in the process of turning Susan’s Pampered Pets into a full-time career. She will provide expanded services, including biofeedback, pet transport to groomers and routine veterinary visits.

All of Susan’s cats are rescues. Sullivan was picked up while she was trail riding on her horse, Agadir. Axel was pulled from the wheel well of a car as a tiny kitten. Edgar and Gizmo are also rescues. Agadir crossed the Rainbow Bridge on June 28, 2005 at the age of 27.

Sherri Lynn Simpson, a native of Chicago, has lived most of her life in Southern California. Sherri is a lifelong animal lover and currently has two cats of her own, Calvin and Pasha. In addition to a passion for animals and their loving care, she’s also a gourmet cook. Sherri is currently employed full-time at a major university in Southern California. Sherri provides excellent cat sitting, dog walking and house-sitting services.

Marcia Britvan is a California native. She has a Master’s in Business Administration and is an experienced house-sitter and dog-walker. Marcia is well-read and experienced in the area of dog walking and training. She is also experienced in house-sitting and forms unique bonds with animals. Marcia also holds a very responsible position in administration at a major university in Southern California.
